By downloading, installing, accessing, or using The Bored Soul mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ahmed Gaber ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of The Bored Soul App.

2. Description of Service

The Bored Soul is a mobile application designed to help users combat boredom through personalized activity recommendations. The App provides:

• Curated solo activities and suggestions
• Personalized recommendations based on user preferences
• Mood tracking and boredom meter functionality
• Offline access to core features
• Optional account creation for enhanced personalization

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account creation is optional for using The Bored Soul. However, creating an account provides enhanced features and personalization.

3.1 Account Requirements

If you choose to create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Use the App in compliance with these Terms

• Payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings

7.2 Refunds

8. Content and User Data

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahmed Gaber and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by other means of communication. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
